Thorngrove is involved in both wholly owned property developments as well as several stand-alone joint-venture partnerships with other developers, investors and landowners. Projects are considered on its own merit, risk managed and tenaciously completed unique to its location, type and character. Funding is obtained from a mix of cash resources, joint venture equity and third-party debt with each opportunity being financed on a bespoke basis.
The company is supported by an experienced team of property professionals made up of architects, planning experts, geo-environmental engineers, structural engineers, project managers, interior designers and support staff.
Thorngrove has considerable multi sector experience on projects of various sizes and is focused on retaining this diversity at every opportunity in order to maintain its creative edge.
Established by Lee Charnley in 2015, Thorngrove Land and Property is a North West based property development and investment company. Thorngrove has a proven track record of developing and asset managing property predominantly throughout the north of England, but also including projects across the Midlands and beyond.
