In an off-market deal, a bespoke regional HQ facility on a 9acre was created for a German manufacturer of commercial vehicles. The site was previously owned and occupied by a manufacturing Plc and redevelopment could only take place once the 250,000sq ft facility had been demolished and fully remediated of all contamination.
The deal was agreed during numerous meetings in both Manchester and Germany, and upon completion, was awarded “Deal of the Year” by North West Business Insider.
