A heavily constrained 15 acre site suffering from underground structures and high levels of contamination was only able to be brought forward for viable development by securing match funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
One match funding was in place, and using a construction cost rental matrix, a development of open-plan office, workshop and storage facilities across a seven acre site were delivered for a world leader in modular space and storage solutions.
In addition, the fully remediated site now contains a high bay 50,000sq.ft. distribution unit together with a fully serviced D&B opportunity.
