A former Victorian laundry building was acquired behind a row of established housing and planning permission sought for a conversion into residential apartments. Practical and creative design was needed to retain the historic structure in which eight 2-bedroomed apartments would be created. The residential development was delivered on time and on budget, with all of the apartments being sold prior to practical completion.
